14.  Answer B is the correct answer.  A tension pneumothorax causes tracheal deviation to the contralateral side.  For this reason A is incorrect.  Maco Atelectasis on the left can cause tracheal deviation to the ipsilateral side but will not cause neck vein distension or an increase in intra thoracic pressure.  Cardiac tamponade will cause neck vein distension but no tracheal deviation.
